Refund & Exchange Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Turtle Club Us, operated by Dave Crabill of Eclectic Sales & Creative Marketing, LLC.

Items in the store are classified by “In House” items and “Custom Print” items and are handled differently.

In House Items:

The In House items are stock that is inventoried by Turtle Club US and can be returned for a full refund of the product value. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of turtles will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

The buyer is responsible for return shipment expense.

Custom Print Items

Custom Print items are products that are printed on demand and shipped to you by our commercial printer. Those items are not eligible for return or replacement unless there is a defect in the manufacturing or printing. In most cases we simply need photos of the item that needs replaced and a replacement will be created and shipped to you at no cost.
