Visited the Thirsty Turtle for the first time in December of 1990. Spent many nights, weekends, and holidays at the Thirsty Turtle over the past 35 years. Even when I moved away I would always return to have a drink and see old friends, soon to be friends and friends I just had not met yet at the Turtle.
I have been there to listen to stories, tell stories, be a shoulder to cry on and help people home. Introduced new friends to each other and couples who even married.
Was there for great moments in Amercian history and even there after the heartbreak of 911. Watched great sporting moments & heartbreaking moments for my favorite teams. Most recently watched OVI become NHL all time leading scorer.
Now I enjoy the Turtle with my wife and friends.
I hope to do so for many more years.
