Will meet formally, at least yearly, on the Shell during the International Field Lodge “Les Loges” in whatever country we meet our brethren, during which our official Turtle Ritual will be performed..

Opening of Chapter
- Pond Officers: Chiel-Jan (Master Turtle), Mark (Senior Turtle), Jordy (Conducting Turtle), Wulf-Henrik (Junior Turtle).
- Name changed to "Mare des Loges", named after the Estate "Les Loges" that founded the IFL. It was home to a muddy pond from which the turtles hatched.
- Initiation of five new Turtles and Pond Members
- Proposal to gather (date t.b.a.) at the Schildpaddenreservaat (Turtle sanctuary) Nederland, Foarwei 180, 9298JT Kollumersweach, Friesland - Nederland
